  • Advised multinational companies on the investment or divestment of oil and gas assets, involving jurisdictions such as China, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Russia and Gabon, with work covering legal due diligence, transaction documentation and negotiations
  • Advised various Chinese companies on the development, investment and financing of overseas traditional power and renewable energy projects (including hydropower, wind, solar, waste-to-energy), involving Europe, Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia
