- Acted as the counselor for the bankruptcy administrator of Neoglory Group and its affiliates, with debts at issue amounting to billions
- Acted as the administrator for a coal trading company in the first bankruptcy case ever accepted by the Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People’s Court in a bankruptcy liquidation proceeding, with debts at issue amounting to approximately RMB 3.4 billion
- Represented an audit firm administrator in a restructuring proceeding in Shanghai, with debts at issue amounting to approximately RMB 1 billion
