  • Represented a central state-owned enterprise before a Beijing court in a performance compensation dispute with the original shareholders of the target company, involving a claim amount of 1 billion RMB, and achieved a complete victory.
  • Represented a central state-owned enterprise in a share transfer dispute with a local state-owned enterprise, involving a control rights battle over an A-share listed pharmaceutical company valued at nearly 10 billion RMB. The case achieved a complete victory and was featured on the official platform of the Supreme People’s Court.
  • Represented investors, target companies, or founders in multiple share repurchase cases through court procedures, BAC procedures and CIETAC procedures.
  • Represented the heir of the founder of a well-known pharmaceutical company in handling related shareholder disputes.

The case involved the issue of how the company’s highest decision-making body could be changed from the board of directors to the shareholders’ meeting during the five-year transition period under the Foreign Investment Law, in the face of non-cooperation from the Chinese shareholder. Through strategic design and litigation, the client successfully completed the change of the highest decision-making body and the revision of the company’s articles of association.
  • Represented multiple clients in resolving shareholder information rights disputes, company resolution disputes, disputes over damage to company interests, and company dissolution disputes.
  • Provided legal advice to several clients on prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, divorce property division, child custody, etc.; drafted legal documents including postnuptial agreements and divorce agreements; and assisted clients in communicating and negotiating with their spouses.
