Fangda Advises on Excelland Robotics’ Chapter 18C Listing on HKEX

On September 9, 2026, Excelland Robotics (Wuxi) Co. Ltd. (“Excelland Robotics”, stock code: 3231.HK), a technology company seeking a listing as a Specialist Technology Company under Chapter 18C of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, successfully completed its offering and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The final offer price was set at HKD14.45 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately HKD650 million.

Excelland Robotics is a technology-driven company that commercializes its technologies across the robotics and automation sector and the next-generation information technology sector, supported by its proprietary shared integrated technology framework. Its offerings include commercial service robotic products, robotic modules, related services (including Robot-as-a-Service (RaaS) and rental arrangements), as well as AI vision model solutions for industry applications. By revenue in 2025, Excelland Robotics was the third-largest commercial service robotic product company in China, the third-largest supplier of commercial delivery robotic products in China, and the fourth-largest supplier of commercial cleaning robotic products in China. It was also among the few commercial service robotic product companies globally to have successfully commercialized integrated robotic products capable of operating in both indoor and outdoor environments.
