Ms. Wang has worked in capital markets since 2006. Ms. Wang rejoined Fangda as a partner in 2018. Before rejoining the firm as a partner, she practiced in Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm, Fangda Partners, and IBD of Huatai United Securities, serving as the Director of TMT Industry.
