Fangda assists PCB company Dynamic in successfully listing on the Main Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange

On October 24, 2025, Fangda Partners acted as legal counsel to Dynamic Electronics Co. Ltd. (“Dynamic”), assisting Dynamic in its successful initial public offering(IPO) on the Main Boardof the Shanghai Stock Exchange (“SSE Main Board”). Dynamic issued a total of 52.5 million shares in this offering, raising approximately CNY 896.7 million. This marks another A-share IPO project involving the spin-off of a Chinese Taiwan-listed company in which Fangda has participated, following earlier transactions involving Avary Holding (002938.SZ), Foxconn Industrial Internet (601138.SH) and Cowealth Group (603122.SH).

Dynamic specializes in the research, development, production, and sales of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The company focuses on applications in automotive electronics, displays, storage, and communications, demonstrating strong market competitiveness. In the automotive electronics sector, Dynamic ranks among the world’s top 10 and China’s top 5 suppliers of automotive PCBs. It is one of the few companies in China capable of mass-producing multi-level HDI and any-layer HDI PCBs for vehicles. The company maintains stable partnerships with global Tier 1 automotive component suppliers, including Continental, Bosch, Valeo and Aptiv, and renowned new energy vehicle manufacturer Tesla. Its products are used in core components of both electric and fuel-powered vehicles. In the display sector, Dynamic maintains long-term cooperations with leading global display panel manufacturers such as BOE and the LG Group, providing PCBs for LCD, OLED, and Mini LED screens. In the data storage sector, Dynamic partners with leading global HDD manufacturers such as Seagate and Western Digital, as well as major SSD producers including SK hynix and CXMT—China's leading memory manufacturer. Its products are used in HDDs, SSDs, and RAM modules. In the communications sector, the company partners with top semiconductor firms such as Broadcom and leading Chinese server company Inspur Information, supplying its products for servers, switches and AI accelerator cards.

Fangda acted as issuer’s legal counsel and provided comprehensive legal services for Dynamic's IPO on the SSE Main Board. Fangda was deeply involved in all stages of the project, including restructuring the company before IPO, designing and implementing the listing plan, and formulating and executing the employee stock ownership plan. Fangda also offered systematic, professional and efficient legal advice and solutions on major legal matters arising during the project.
