GHT Co., Ltd. (“GHT”, stock code: 300711.SZ) completed a private placement of A shares, raising approximately CNY 750 million. Fangda acted as issuer’s legal counsel.
This refinancing marks the first since GHT went public, successfully attracting multiple value investors, including state-level industry funds—a testament to the seamless integration of industry and capital. After deducting issuance expenses, GHT will primarily invest the proceeds from this fundraising into developing a new-generation intelligent dispatching system, upgrading digital and intelligent command systems, and researching core technologies for intelligent dispatching and command systems. These projects will further broaden GHT's existing product portfolio, deepen its development of core businesses, and support its continued investment in cutting-edge technologies such as 5G and intelligent systems. Once completed, these projects will enhance its core competitiveness and unlock greater long-term growth potential.
