Ms. Li expertise extends to handling major, difficult, and complex litigation and arbitration cases across finance, corporate and equity disputes, trade financing, as well as real estate and construction engineering sectors. Her clients include China Construction Bank, Xiamen International Bank, China Insurance Group, China Export Credit Insurance Company, China Oriental Asset Management Company, Minmetals International Trust, Evergrande Property, Fuli Property, Jiangsu Shagang Group, Yunnan Honghua Industrial Group, Xiamen Oriental International, China Gezhouba Group, Yunnan Investment Group, Silver Group, Kunshan, Jiangsu Province Flower Bridge Management Committee and other large financial institutions, central enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, private enterprise groups and government agencies. 

Ms. Li has acted as lead or group counsel in a number of complicated first instance cases, second instance cases and Supreme People's Court retrial cases. She has acted in other high people's courts and intermediate people's courts, as well as in arbitration before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing Arbitration Commission and other arbitration institutions. She participated in the research on "Prevention and Control of Corporate Personality Denial in State-owned Enterprises" for the State Council, and has shared special topics for SASAC in many places.
