  • Represented The Airport Authority Hong Kong on the design, development, financing and operation of the Hong Kong International Airport Logistics Park in Dongguan, Guangdong Province and an airside intermodal cargo handling facility at the Hong Kong International Airport under the sea-air intermodal transshipment initiative. The Project was highlighted in HKSAR’s 2022-2023 Financial Budget Speech
  • Represented The Airport Authority Hong Kong on the cooperation between the Hong Kong International Airport and Zhuhai and the development of an aviation industrial park in Zhuhai
  • Represented Shenzhen Energy Group on its joint venture with Sino-hydro on the project financing and development of a 180MW hydropower project in Papua New Guinea (selected as a finalist for “Project of the Year 2021,” China Law & Practice)
  • Represented China Merchants group companies and Dalian Port on the financing, design, project development, and operation of the free trade zone with an area of 48.2 square km (the largest in Africa), as well as the construction and operation of all supporting infrastructure, such as ports, roads, power supplies and hotels (awarded “Project of the Year 2019,” China Law & Practice)
  • Represented Shanghai Electric group companies on the construction of renewable power plants (wind farms and solar plants) in Central Asia and Africa
  • Represented a State Grid Corporation of China group company on a USD 1 billion financing for the operation and development of renewable power plants overseas and advised on compliance and other general corporate matters for the group company under Hong Kong and PRC laws
