Professional Background
Mr. Chen has been providing legal services in capital market, merger and acquisition and other financing areas for over twenty years. He acted as a member of the listing review committee of CSRC focusing on A-share IPO and refinancing review and approvals from February 2019 to December 2021. Mr. Chen started his legal career life in 2001 upon joining Fangda Partners Shanghai Office as an associate and now he rejoined the firm in 2022 as a capital market partner.

- Acted as issuer’s counsel or underwriter’s counsel to companies such as Hengbao, Junshi Biosciences, Huaertai Chemical, Lian Xiang Home Appliance, Sunrise Textile Group, Zheshang Securities, Techmation，Sanmei Chemistry, Anjoy Food, HASCO, SNC Net, Wu Fang Zhai, Wuxi Apptec etc. for their respective A-share IPO or re-financing deals
- Acted as issuer’s counsel or underwriter’s counsel to companies such as Junshi Biosciences, Henlius, Wuxi Apptec, Wison Energy for their respective IPO, H-share listing or re-financing deals in Hong Kong and other overseas markets
- Providing day-to-day general corporate legal advising services to certain listed companies or market leaders in various industries, such as SAIC, Junshi Biosciences, Anjoy Food, Techmation, Zheshang Securities, HASCO, SNC Net, Lian Xiang Home Appliance, Sunrise Textile Group
- Provided legal services to certain listed company restructuring projects, including group restructuring and holistic listing of SAIC, non-public financing and ESOP project of SAIC, merger of Shanghai Airlines by China Eastern Airlines, holistic listing of Midea Group, investment in Dongguan Zhiying by Techmation, investment in New Hongye and Liuwu Food by Anjoy Food, etc.
