  • Represented a Hong Kong investment company in a CIETAC arbitration against its Chinese joint venture partner arising from a dispute over the performance of their equity transfer agreement
  • Represented a famous Chinese automotive manufacturer in litigation against the contractor of a new automotive assembly plant, included preparing expert witnesses and analyzing complex technical issues
  • Represented a Hong Kong-listed state-owned water treatment company in a CIETAC arbitration against the contractor of a new water treatment plant
  • Represented a foreign luxury car brand in multiple litigations and arbitrations filed against it and its authorized dealers by 139 customers in more than 70 courts and arbitral institutes claiming around RMB 400 million in total damages (including punitive damages) for false advertising of the brand's vehicle function features
