- Represented Alibaba Group and Ant Financial in various investments and acquisitions outside and inside China
- Represented Blackstone in its exit from Pactera Technology International Ltd., a portfolio company with global IT business
- Represented BT in its agreement to buy Britain’s largest mobile operator EE from Deutsche Telekom and Orange in a cash and share deal worth £12.5 billion
- Represented Invensys plc in its global disposal of its rail division for £1.7 billion to Siemens AG
- Represented Dalian Wanda Group in its £320 million acquisition of Sunseeker International (Holdings) Limited, Britain’s largest luxury yacht-maker, and its acquisition of the Central London development site One Nine Elms with planning permission for a hotel and residential complex
- Represented a sovereign wealth fund in its investment in luxury hotels in London
- Represented Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. in its acquisition of five luxury hotels in Europe for €450 million
- Represented Goldman Sachs in its HK$1.9 billion convertible bond investment in Geely Group, the largest private auto-manufacturing group in China
- Represented TPG in its investment in Daphne International Holdings Limited, an HKSE-listed company with shoe manufacturing and distribution businesses in China
