On December 19, 2025, CiDi Inc. successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under the stock code 3881.HK. CiDi completed its listing under Chapter 18C of the Hong Kong Listing Rules for Specialist Technology Companies, becoming the first Hong Kong-listed company focused on intelligent driving solutions for commercial vehicles.

Fangda Partners acted as the PRC legal counsel to the joint sponsors China International Capital Corporation, China Securities, and Ping An Securities, as well as to the underwriters, providing full-process legal services for the listing.
