- Acted for the bankruptcy administrator in the liquidation of Shanghai Tongye Coal Chemical Group, the first liquidation case heard by the Shanghai Third Intermediate People's Court
- Acted for the (interim) bankruptcy administrator in ZK Engineering & Development Corporation Headquarters' prepackaged restructuring
- Acted for the bankruptcy administrator in the reorganization of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Offshore Co., Ltd
- Acted for the joint bankruptcy administrator in the liquidation of CEFC China and its affiliates
- Acted for the bankruptcy administrator in the insolvency liquidation of Shanghai Jingmao Culture Communication Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sohu Group
- Represented COQAMC as investor in the restructuring for various corporate reorganizations and liquidations
- Advised the Creditors’ Committee of Financial Institutions on various Chinese law issues in relation to the restructuring of Sanpower Group
- Acted for the (interim) bankruptcy administrator in a listed company’s prepackaged restructuring and its controlling shareholder’s restructuring
- Acted as the in-charge member in the liquidation and compulsory liquidation for various local companies
- Represented a state-owned listed company in a series contracts disputes
- Represented an investment management company in a successful SHIAC arbitration against the issuer of a collective investment product to redeem units and to enforce trustee fiduciary duties
- Acted for various securities companies in successful legal proceedings on pledged share repurchase agreements after the debtor defaults
- Adjudicated nearly a thousand commercial litigation cases during partition in a local primary court
OTHER INFORMATION
- Ms. Poon served in the People's Liberation Army. During her service, she was awarded personal third class merit. She still consults for certain units in the People's Liberation Army.
