    Fangda is fully committed to our own ESG and we have taken many steps to bring about sustainable development. These measures include reducing the firm’s adverse impact on the environment, introducing employee care and welfare policies, having strict monitoring of our ESG performance and continuing to explore how we can meet, and improve on, our own stringent ESG goals. In addition to these steps, we engage fully with various regulatory agencies, industry organizations, industry associations, think tanks, and leading enterprises committed to ESG development. We are active in the promotion of public welfare for the benefit of society. Finally, our lawyers regularly contribute, when invited, to the development of China’s ESG-related legislation and standard formulation.
