As PRC legal counsel to CVC, Fangda assisted CVC in acquiring dsm-firmenich's Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) business via a carve-out transaction, with an enterprise value of approximately EUR 2.2 billion. Following the transaction, dsm-firmenich will retain a 20% equity stake in the divested ANH company, in partnership with CVC. The transaction was signed on February 9, 2026.
