Fangda Partners has become the first Chinese law firm and the first law firm from Asia admitted worldwide to be selected by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (Luxembourg Stock Exchange, “LuxSE”) to join its “LuxSE Partner” program. This milestone collaboration signifies that Fangda’s professional strength in the international capital markets has been recognized by a top global stock exchange.

As an independent exchange, LuxSE holds a world-leading position in international markets. Its business spans more than 1,800 issuers from over 180 countries and regions, with more than 47,000 listed securities, making it the preferred European listing venue for Chinese issuers. Previously, LuxSE membership was open only to credit institutions. In 2024, it launched the “LuxSE Partner” program to deepen collaboration with professional institutions by streamlining the securities listing process, sharing market information, and providing access to dedicated training resources, thereby enhancing efficiency in the primary capital markets.

Fangda has developed an extensive and top-quality international capital markets practice, with particular expertise in cross-border securities offerings, listing compliance, and green finance. Over the years, the firm has advised numerous Chinese companies on their global financing transactions. As a LuxSE Partner, Fangda will leverage the exchange’s resources to strengthen cooperation with international institutions and deliver more efficient cross-border listing solutions for clients. This collaboration marks an important step in Fangda’s international strategy and will contribute its professional strengths to the efficient development of global capital markets.

This collaboration was led by Annie SHEN, a partner in Fangda’s International Capital Markets practice. Ms. Shen said:“We are honored to be the first Asian law firm worldwide to be selected for this program. This status not only affirms our firm’s professional capabilities, but also serves as an important bridge connecting Chinese companies with the international capital markets. Going forward, Fangda will make full use of LuxSE’s global platform to continue providing tailored, high-standard legal services, helping more Chinese and Asian enterprises efficiently unlock capital value in the international capital markets. With our LuxSE Partner status, we can assist clients in enjoying faster reviews and higher-quality services throughout the LuxSE bond listing process. We would like to extend special thanks to Fangda team members Howie Jiang, Danny Li, Mengyang Wang and Kaiqi Huang for their professional support for this collaboration.”
