- Represented TJ Bio in entering into a strategic collaboration with Sanofi for developing, manufacturing and commercializing the CD73 monoclonal antibody (Uliledlimab) in Greater China.
- Represented Insilico Medicine in its AI drug discovery collaboration and licensing transaction with SK Biopharmaceuticals.
- Represented AstraZeneca in granting to BioKangtai (300601.SZ) the exclusive license in China for AZD1222, an adenovirus vector-based COVID-19 vaccine.

- Represented AstraZeneca in its full acquisition of several small- and medium-sized medical device distribution companies and pharmaceutical distribution companies.
- Represented Hillhouse Capital as the lead investor in its multiple investments in biopharma companies and medical device companies, including in the Series B financing of Huahui Healthcare engaged in the research, development, production and sale of Anti-HBV drugs and Anti-HDV drugs; the Series B++ financing of Exegenesis Bio engaged in the research and development of several gene therapies; and the Series A financing of JJET, a top medical device company in the PRC electrophysiological industry.
- Represented Quan Capital as the lead investor in its investment in the Series B financing of Alebund Biotech, which primarily focuses on discovering and developing novel therapies for kidney diseases and their complications, and the Series B financing of Oricell Therapeutics, a developer of novel drugs for tumor immunotherapy.
