  • Advised various Chinese sovereign funds on innovative structures in their acquisitions of overseas assets and in their financing Chinese overseas projects, with work covering transaction structuring, document drafting and negotiation, and deal closing
  • Advised various Chinese EPC companies on investment, financing and development of overseas energy and infrastructure projects, with work covering concession agreements, implementation agreements, PPAs, EPC/OM agreements, land lease and purchase agreements, and feedstock supply agreements
  • Advised various Chinese SOEs on their disposal of assets in overseas jurisdictions including the UK, Kazakhstan, Ecuador, Gabon, and Indonesia, with work covering vendor due diligence, sale process organization,  and transaction documentation
  • Advised various Chinese companies on potential disputes arising from their overseas projects, including claims related to corporate governance, bonds, put options, and EPC contract performance
