Fangda acts as lead transaction counsel to Alibaba Group Holding Limited (“Alibaba”), in connection with its sale of Lingxi Games.  

Lingxi Games is a leading digital interactive entertainment enterprise dedicated to developing and publishing premium games for a global audience, with the aim of providing full-spectrum ecosystem services to players and developers.
