Former CIETAC Deputy Secretary General Joins Fangda
Fangda Partners is delighted to announce that Mr. Ming Kang (¿µÃ÷) has recently joined the firm's Beijing Office as a partner in our dispute resolution practice. A leading expert in China's international arbitration, Mr. Kang was formerly Deputy Secretary General of CIETAC, the leading commercial arbitration institution of China. He is also a recipient of the Special Award for Outstanding Experts granted by the State Council.

Mr. Kang has about 20 years of experience in international arbitration. As an arbitrator, Mr. Kang has settled over four hundred commercial arbitration cases.

 


In addition to regular commercial arbitration, he also has extensive experience in maritime arbitration and domain name dispute resolution. Mr. Kang is a listed arbitrator for CIETAC and China Maritime Arbitration Commission and was selected as arbitrator by the ICC. Mr. Kang's joining is an important enhancement to the firm's commercial arbitration and the overall dispute resolution practice.
