- Acted as the bankruptcy administrator for ZK Engineering & Development Corporation’s headquarters in the first-ever pre-packaged bankruptcy in Shanghai, with multibillion-renminbi in debts
- Acted as the bankruptcy administrator for Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Offshore Company in a restructuring proceeding with total debt of more than CNY 20 billion
- Acting as member of the joint bankruptcy administrators for CEFC China and CEFC Shanghai Group Limited in a substantive consolidation bankruptcy proceeding with total debt of more than CNY 200 billion
- Acting as member of the joint bankruptcy administrators for Huaxin Group in a substantive consolidation restructuring proceeding with total debt of more than CNY 3 billion
- Acted as the bankruptcy administrator for the first bankruptcy case ever accepted by the Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People’s Court in a bankruptcy liquidation proceeding, with debts at issue amounting to CNY 4 billion
