REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS AND CASES
- Represented a China Unicom provincial branch in all 37 disputes, against a commercial bank over, arising from pledge of accounts receivable involving an amount of more than $300 million
- Represented Yunnan Yuntianhua Group in a financing trade dispute against a Yunnan investment company at the Kunming Intermediate Court, the amount in dispute RMB 160 million
- Represented a securities company in a dispute against a conglomerate over the repurchase of stock earnings rights amounting to RMB 2 billion
- Represented a trust company as the plaintiff in a trust loan dispute against a network technology company, the matter amounted to RMB 160 million
- Represented China HP in a financial leasing dispute in both Shenyang Central Court and Liaoning High Court
- Represented a funds company in an arbitration case against agricultural company in Inner Mongolia over an entrusted loan dispute at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the matter was nearly RMB 300 million
- Handled contract disputes such as property insurance, personal insurance, motor compulsory insurance, insurance agency, insurance brokerage, insurance premium disputes, insurer subrogation disputes, etc. involving many insurance companies such as Ping An, PICC, Life, Pacific, and Sunshine Insurance
- Real estate construction engineering cases: handling disputes involving China Construction, China Railway Construction, China Nuclear Construction Group, China Aviation Port Construction, Zhongguancun Development and Construction, China Xinxing Construction, Beijing City Construction, Jiangsu Province Construction, Nantong Sanjian and many other large domestic companies regarding construction contracting, project payment, project quality and construction period
- Represented an international trust company in a corporate resolution invalidation and right-to-know litigation
- Represented a state-owned Hong Kong listed company in a dispute arising from an equity acquisition and performance betting against a Xiamen company
- Handled multiple cases involving equity repurchasing, and making up the difference
- Represented a leading domestic smart mobility technology company in an equity acquisition case before the Dalian Central Court
- Represented a natural person in an equity transfer case before the Jinan Intermediate Court
- Represented a domestic company in an arbitration against an insurance company regarding a contract for difference dispute
- Handled the case of Liu and Japanese Mitsubishi Motors for product liability damages, which was listed as a case in the Supreme People's Court's "China Trial Case Highlights"
- Handled the case of Qilian Jing, Xinrong Zhong et. al. v. American General Motors Corporation for personal injury compensation petition response. The case was considered and adopted by the Supreme Court Trial Committee, which resulted in a judicial interpretation
- Handled product liability cases arising from auto spontaneous combustion, defective airbags, auto brake failure, etc. brought by consumers against well-known domestic auto companies
- Participated in a class action in which the consumers filed a suit demanding punitive damages against Samsung who allegedly falsely advertised cell phones
- Handled the dispute arising from the portrait rights of Jacky Cheung and Aogo Clothing Company
- Handled the first case of reputation right dispute arising between well-known domestic law firms
- Handled a case regarding reputation rights of Huo Yuanjia's Descendants v. Beijing Film Studio, Yang Buting, Jet Li, et. al.
