On December 10, 2025, Seyond Holdings Ltd. (“Seyond”) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 2665.HK through a merger with the special purpose acquisition company TechStar Acquisition Corporation in a de-SPAC transaction.
Fangda acted as Seyond’s PRC legal counsel and data compliance counsel, providing comprehensive, one-stop legal services for the listing.
