The China Institute of Corporate Law and the Fangda Law Firm jointly released the "China Annual Enterprise Compliance Blue Book 2020-2021". The Fangda Compliance Team, as the sole main author, participated in the research and wrote all the content. This is the sixth consecutive annual enterprise compliance review published by Fangda since 2015. It deeply analyzed the major global compliance events in 2020-2021 and elaborated in detail on various hot topics in the compliance field from aspects such as legislative trends, enforcement cases, existing problems, trend predictions, and corporate responses.
