Our Shanghai and Shenzhen offices are currently looking for qualified lawyers in the following areas:
Litigation Lawyer with 1-2 years post qualified experience to work principally on commercial disputes resolution. The applicants must have graduated from a leading law school and have the ability to use English as the working language. The location of the station is in our Shanghai office.

Banking Lawyer with at least 2 years post qualified experience to work on general banking matters. The applicants must have graduated from a leading law school and have appropriate experience in the banking sector. He or she shall have the excellent English ability. The location of the station is in our Shanghai and Beijing office.

Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with 1-2 years post qualified experience to work principally on corporate and general commercial matters. The applicants must have graduated from a leading law school and have appropriate experience in the similar areas. English ability is a must. The location of the station is in our Shenzhen office.

All applicants shall have caliber and confidence keen to work within a group of excellence. Overseas experience will be deemed as a plus, but not a must. Again, English ability is emphasized since the majority of our clients are foreign companies. All applicants shall have passed any of the following English tests:

>> TOFEL with a score higher than 105;
>> IELTS with a score higher than 7;
>> CET 6 with a score higher than 85.

Applicants may be asked to take an English test in our office to prove their ability to read, write, listen and speak English.

We run a three month internship program starting every July for law students over the country and some overseas students who are interested in China. This Trainee Program reflects our commitment to train best law graduates and help them to gain basic knowledge of the legal profession. We usually select candidates for our next year recruit from this program.

Training with us, you will have the chance to work with a group of experienced lawyers and access to interesting and challenging legal works related to high profile transactions. This has been proven to be an ideal opportunity for law students to learn the basics of the commercial practice and plan their future career.

>> the last year undergraduates or graduates of a leading law school in China or her/his own country;
>> having good academic records;
>> possessing excellent English ability; and
>> pro-active and positive under pressure.
